The bay of Nagos is again a very special site. It contains a stone beach with taverns directly connected to it. The water is very refreshing as the bay is on the north side of Chios island were the water of the Aegean sea runs by.

The name of the bay is derived from "Naos", which means temple. A temple was indeed found on the hill overlooking the bay. Today on the same place a new church is build.
